Story of a CA turned Author

Born on the last day of July 93, I am first child of my parents.

By birth, I was a daddy’s girl and till date the fact remains to be the same. I work my butt off and leave no stone unturned to be a Mumma’s boy as well. I firmly subscribe to this quote,’Make your parents proud, your enemies jealous and yourself happy. And I try my best to follow this.

One should always have a hobby which breaks the monotony of life. I play carrom. I have been a three time state level Carrom champion.I also have a Five years of experience as a freelance writer.

Follow your dreams, success will surely follow is the only mantra which I vouch for. I cleared my CA Final examinations in the third attempt. Though I failed in exams, I did not fail to abide by the will and courage as I kept my eye on the goal and not on the hurdles.

After working for 18 months at a reputed MNC named John Deere India Pvt. Ltd. as a Chartered Accountant and World News Network for a year as a Blogger, I have eventually decided to do what I always wished to, To be an Author!

If one follows his passion, world will be a happier place to live in.

I have always seconded the thought that,”If one follows his passion, world will be a happier place to live in”.

People mocked me when I quit the job but the same mob applauded when I became a successful author. You need not imagine a Chartered Accountant as a person doing only stereotype stuff like Auditing and Accounting. There is so much more you can explore and stick to,’I believe.

Life surprises you in different ways. My debutant novel,”Audit Of a CA“, sold over 1000 copies within first 10 days of the launch and is liked by the masses. I also got felicitated by one and only CA T. N. Manoharan sir for the success of the book.

Writing was discovered in my DNA at the age of 12, when I began keeping a Personal Diary and a Daily Journal.

I have always had this zeal to reach out to the world, which eased my way into this volatile world of writing.

I firmly believe that one can always be what one wishes to be, just wear your passionate lenses and keep riding.
