Shah Rukh Khan is a very famous Indian film actor and producer, also known as SRK, born on 2 November, 1965. He is also famous for the name as the King Khan, Baadshah of the Bollywood. He is also one of the richest actors of the world. His estimated assets value worth of over US$ 400 million.

Shah Rukh khan’s early life !

SRK was born on 2 November, 1965, in New Dehli. Khan lived for five years with his maternal grandfather who was a chief engineer. Khan’s father Meer Taj Muhammad Khan belong to Peshawar, Pakistan. SRK’s father migrated to India before 1947 partition of Subcontinent. Khan Grew up in Rajendra Nagar, Near Dehli. Khan studied at St. Columbus ‘s School in Dehli. Khan did his bachelor degree in Economics from Hansraj College in 1988. He used to go to Dehli Thearte Action Group, where he studied acting. He got admission in Jamia Millia Islamia for Master Degree in Mass Communication, but he had to left it because of his acting career. In the beginning of his Career, Khan also attended National School of Drama in Dehli. His father died in 1980 due to cancer. His mother died in 1991 due to complications of diabetes. SRK has one elder sister Shahnaz Lalarukh.

Shah Rukh Khan’s Career in Bollywood !

In the beginning SRK first got a role in a Television Series “Dil Darya” in 1988. But because of delay in the shooting his first Debut was Television series “Fauji” in 1989. The he worked in TV series “Circus” 1989-1990 and in Idiot in 1991. His first Debut film was “Deewana” in 1992.It was a big hit and SRK won his first Filmfare Best Male Debut award.Later on he appeared in a lot of films like, Chamatkar, Dil Ashna Hai and the comedy Raju Ban Gaya Gentleman. After that he played some negative roles like, Darr, Baazigar and he earned appriciation. Baazigar was his big hit movie and he won the first Filmfare Award for Best Actor.SRK worked in Maya Memsaab in 1993 and then in Kabhi Haan Kabhi Naa in 1994. His movie Anjaam in which he played a nagative role also won him Filmfare Best Villain Award.In 1995 Khan appeared in film “Karan Arjun” with Salman Khan.

His most famous and a blockbuster film was “Dilwale Dulhania Le jayenge” which give a boost to SRK’s career. It was still playing at the Maratha Mandir theatre in Mumbai after more than 1000 weeks, and it became a long running film in the history of Indian Cinema. His other block buster films are, Yes Boss(1996), Pardes (1997), Dil to Pagal Hai (1997). Dil Se (1998), Kuch Kuch Hota hai, Main Hoon Na (2004), VeerZara (2004), Kabhi Alvida Na Kehna (2006), Don (2006), Chak De India (2007), Om Shanti Om (2007), Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi (2008), My Name is Khan (2010), Don 2 (2011), Jab Tak Hai Jan (2012) Chinai Express (2013), Happy New Year (2014).

Awards of Shah Rukh Khan !

SRK has won 14 Filmfare Awards, including 8 for best actor. He is also awarded with the Padma Shri Award by the Government of India in 2005. The Government of France has awarded him both the Ordre des Arts et des Lettres (2007), and the Légion d’honneur (2014), its highest civilian honour.

Films Till Now !

With a career span of almost 25 years, King Khan has acted in more than 85 films along with starring as himself in about 7 documentaries made in different languages like German and even Swiss. With his passion for his work, he truly is an enigma. And the much awaited movie “Zero” is coming soon.
